Mango
Yoghurt
Orange

1 Minute Pineapple Protein Shake

Ingredients 

1/4 cup kefir
2 Tbsp xylitol
2 Tbsp protein shake 
1 chopped pineapple
3 Tbsp yoghurt
350ml water
Ice 

Add in Nutribullet and mix for 30 seconds
