How to recall a list of grocery items without ever writing them down again...

Say your partner sends you a list of grocery items you must buy at the shops.

Sure you can whip out your list on the piece of paper and walk around the shops to see what the next item is.

But this can be frustrating and will take unnecessary time.

I’m going to share with you a quick but powerful strategy you can use to recall as many grocery items without ever writing a shopping list again.

How the Peg System will change your life for remembering lists...

Before I share with you this easy method, first you need to know this.

Not only should you remember this list forward, backwards and according to any number. You should remember this list for many days to come.

Let’s start with the grocery list…

Grocery item #1: Carrots
Grocery item #2: Watermelon
Grocery item #3: Maple syrup
Grocery item #4: Tomatoes
Grocery item #5: Dish washing soap
Grocery item #6: Bread
Grocery item #7: Rubbish bags
Grocery item #8: Cheese
Grocery item #9: Coke zero

You have this list, now let’s remember them.

READ: What ifyour most treasured memories started to fade away?

To do this, we’ll first assign each number to an item that rhymes using the Peg System.

One rhymes with Bun
Two rhymes with Shoe
Three rhymes with Tree
Four Rhymes with Floor
Five rhymes with Hive
Six rhymes with Sticks
Seven rhymes with Heaven
Eight rhymes with Gate
Easy enough to remember?

Keep reading for the last step...

Now, for the final step that will help you remember any list - ever!

Great, next we’ll assign each grocery item to the Peg System.

When you enter the shop, you’ll quietly go through the Peg System to help you remember what the items were.

Ok… Now let’s test your memory and see how many items you can remember.

Question #1: What is sticking from the Bun?
Question #2: What shoes is he wearing?
Question #3: What is dripping from the tree?
Question #4: What spilled on the floor?
Question #5: What is oozing out of the hive instead of honey?
Question #6: What are the branches of the tree made out of?
Question #7: What are people wearing in heaven?
Question #8: What is the gate made out of?
Question#9: Instead of pouring wine, what comes out the bottle?

Here are the answers:

1. Carrot
2. Watermelon
3. Maple syrup
4. Tomatoes
5. Dish washing soap
6. Bread
7. Rubbish bags
8. Cheese
9. Coke-zero
